Mike went from a fave to middling for me due to certain things, I find Chris forgettable, and Ashley is horrible.

Ashley is a legit piece of shit. She's selfish, self centered, fakes being sad about Hannah and Beth's deaths (iirc), tries to get Mike to shoot Emily and worst of all leaves Chris for dead just out of spite because he didn't try to kill himself for her.

Emily's a bitch, but she admits to it and does actually try and get shit done. She never tries to freaking kill anyone.

Shes genuinely the worst. She gets a defense squad for pretty obvious reasons, she's cute, "Nice" (when it's convenient to be nice and doesn't actually have any potential repercussions for her whatsoever) and relatable for a lot of people on account of being boring, because being "nice" isn't a personality.

Her "nice" is textbook as fuck too... "No Chris, shoot me instead! Let me save you!" and if he does so she intentionally causes his death VIA Wendigo. No one else in the game has a moment even half as callous as this.. The Ashley defense squad also always says "She was just stressed out!" in response to this while ignoring The name of the trophy and the flashback to the gunshot scene. She purposely did that shit.

She's a narcissist at best. >_>

emily is a badass and best girl with the best lines "understand the palm of my hand bitch"

her playable segments are some of the most exciting
if you make ashley show remorse for her part in the prank her honesty stat goes down which means she is lying
she is legit the worst person in the cast

Ashley does really suck, but literally everything in the game is Josh's fault. I get he has a sympathetic reason for it, but he invites all of his friends by taking advantage over their guilt to psychologically torture them

Dude legit "murdered" himself in front of his friends for the lolz. Ashley is just kind of a dick.

Emily or Josh are probably the worst person. Emily was terrible person before shit went down and Josh may have been just trying to have a fun time with "its just a prank bro" but he put everyone in a dangerous situation. Ashley started doing horrible things only after Josh's "pranks" started and the actual monster was around. The whole situation is like a fever dream stress situation and not everyone will be able to handle it well.

Jessica is probably the worst character from the story perspective since she is barely in the game.

Ashley was the one I remembered the least, but yeah, just seeing images of her again I remember I didn't care about her. Granted, I didn't see the worst of her like others, but she seemed like one of the more likeable ones at first then just fell off.

Emily was def the best.

i view until dawn as the reverse heavy rain
your choices in heavy rain dont really change the main story to much but the final chapter changes drastically based on the choices you make

where as in until dawn the choices you make can cause a lot of differences in the scenes going on
but the final chapter never changes no matter what you do. no matter how well you play or how badly you fuck up the final chapter will never feel any different
