I still think putting them in the actual god damn refrigerator is a crime against potatoes but Ive been keeping mine by the front door (where its cold) and wow they last FOREVER. Usually theyd all be rotten in a week or two but I had a bag sitting there for several MONTHS and they never went bad outside of sprouting some eyes. --- "If you wanna grow your business you need to exploit more." ~Austin_Era_II "Out of those two? Freezing or fridging stuff that traditionally doesnt need it has that effect. I've had bread and rolls go bad in a few days at room temp (and like a week before the exp date) but in the fridge, lasts for a few weeks after the date (and lasts for ?? in the freezer (like I would have to do some kinda mythbuster test to know how long).
