I've cut out pastries and sweet snacks and just turn them down when offered any.

I still can't kick the soda habit though. In reality, it's the caffeine I can't quit. I've got bad ADD and it balances me out.

I eat tons of sweets and have a great body.

I just eat them in moderation and exercise regularly

There's this new thing they developed that gives you caffeine without the sugar. I think they call it coffee.

You'd have to give up a hell of a lot more than candy to get abs. I've only had them once in my life when I was a teenager and could eat anything without putting on weight

I feel pretty good without abs tbh. I'm more interested in getting some definition and size in my shoulders and upper back

Abs are impossible imo. People just edit them into pictures. No such thing exists in nature.

They're definitely possible. But if you see someone over the age of say 25 that has abs that person is a boring mfer that in concious of everything that enters their body.

I had them when I was a teenager and my metabolism was at it's peak. But even then I worked out regularly and they weren't super defined.
