Don't make the mistake, I bought it and it is pure trash, BADLY optimized software and released because they couldn't afford another delay. WAIT for PS5 version.

Wow, I actually went up until right now not realizing Cyberpunk even had a story. I've heard literally zero people mention it

I've played about 5 hours on PC, have not encountered any serious glitches.

1) Character creation screen started scrolling up on its own when I got about halfway through. The solution was to just play around with the arrow keys for a second until it stopped doing it (acted like a key got stuck I guess).

2) In the first mission, the story-required dialogue choice didn't show up in the menu. Asking the "optional" dialogue choice caused the story choices to appear again the next time the menu popped up.

3) Had some stupid graphical glitch where I checked a mirror and my character was bald (he actually has long hair but was wearing a hat, and the game just didn't render any of it) and had some weird ugly scarring on his cheeks.

4) Some basic other stuff like talking to a character outside and it sounded like a car just spawned behind me and knocked some stuff flying, that was weird. And an NPC walking through a wall and back during scripted movement.

Besides that, I'm a little disappointed in the writing. There's really good variety in how you play - can stealth, shoot everyone up, etc. But I'm a couple missions in and the dialogue for the missions has railroaded me through and it would be nice to have some variety. I'm hoping there is more later on. And there are a couple moments where you have a time limit to respond or take a certain action so you can have minimal effect there (for instance, in an early scene you get approached buy some guys and you can choose to start beating them up or just let the timer lapse and you say a few words and go about your day).

Also the menus are way too convoluted and annoying imo. You get used to it though, but it took me too long to find basic stuff just because of the design of it all.

I wouldn't recommend buying it unless you have DLSS capabilities on your PC. And even then I would wait till Jan or so for more patches to drop. The bugs are pretty bad and common.

I have an RX 5700 XT. I intend to play it on 1080p.

I heard there's more in the side content, but for the main story you're out of luck. In general though there has been disappointment with the dialogue options, though, as well as V as a character. Seems like they hit a compromise that will disappoint both camps.

Anyway, there are a handful of quest breaking bugs in the review version. If you wait like 3-6 months there will probably be significant improvements. And maybe a discount.

Like literally no problems at all, I dont even know where all the bad footage is coming from, but they were showing up before the game was even released. I think people are mistaking the pre-alpha version with the game as it released

That's what I've got, and a 3700x, plays great for me, just minor graphical bugs like Hexenherz said. Loving it so far.

PC your probably going to be ok if your systems good. The glitches are no joke though. I have about 4 hours in and the only one that made me reload was getting stuck in a building trying to climb. If you want an experience without (or with less) bugs wait a while.
