I had my first soda yesterday after 2 months of not drinking it. I get a chronic cough when drinking sodas and eating junk food. Even today I'm feeling the problems as my saliva feels thick, if that makes any sense. I'm usually drinking diluted Cranberry juice or diluted Lemon Juice now. It sounds gross, but I actually enjoy the taste of Lemon Juice and water.

i mean isn't that like saying you've switched out one type of unhealthy sugar for another?

unless of course you used to do both extensively in which case why not just skip the ice cream once in a while and get a soda and vice versa?

Awesome, suger leads to inflammation in the body, and inflammation leads to all kinda illnesses and cancer etc. Suger is for losers. Do real drugs, like heroin, instead. Much safer. :)

I went to Kuwait at the end of June 2016.

I stopped drinking soda then. I didn't drink soda until like late October.

So 4 or so months.

Besides that I've drank, on average, around 1.5-2 Liters of soda per day since I was 11 years old (i'm 27)

Waiting for Arpril 24th. That will be 3 years since I've had a soda. I drink alot of water now with a bit of milk. Lost some weight from doing this. As much as I liked soda I don't plan on drinking it again.

Only a couple hours for me, lol. I have started drinking less soda lately, however. Picked up some Gatorade a few weeks ago and was surprised at how much I liked it (always remember hating the stuff as a kid).

I haven't had any form of carbonated drinks in a long time and I'm honestly fine with that. Most of my friends who drink that shit on a daily basis all have a large belly. I honestly think if most people take soda's out of their diet, they will lose a shit ton of weight.

No man, the grape is that bad. The grape needs some sort of sweetness to it, but all I tasted was bitter bitter bitter. And this is coming from a guy who has been drinking Lemon Juice and water for the past 2 months, and I still couldn't drink Zevia. Stevia sucks as a sweetener.

I only drink it, if i have stomach issues (Coca Cola does work on that, though i dont know why) or im at a family celebration.

We do have a lot of those in the colder months (Me, my sister, and our 2 cousins all have birthdays within 35 days of eachother) but aside from that nope

I rarely drink soda anymore, in my case it was somewhat easy to drop it. Water is damn good

Though honestly it doesn't matter if I drop soda since I still like to munch on chocolate candies... Lol
