I always jogg on the tredmill for 30 minutes then hit the weights. People say it's bad to do it that way. Others say it's good too though.

I do cardio after weights just because cardio really tires me out and my lifts are horrible if I do cardio first

Always beforehand. Weight training doesn't tire me out like cardio.

Ask any builder, you get the best results from a workout that way

I would say a little cardio before hand to get the blood flowing, weights, then a more substantial cardio afterwards .

You should either do them on separate days or jog after. If you do alot of cardio beforehand, you will have less energy to lift weights therefore increasing risk of injury.

I would instead do maybe 10 or 15 minutes warmup exercises before weights and jog afterward or on a separate day.

Lift and then go for a run after.
Anything over a 15 minute warm up I would probably do on a separate day though.
