I do cardio after weights just because cardio really tires me out and my lifts are horrible if I do cardio first

Always beforehand. Weight training doesn't tire me out like cardio.

I would say a little cardio before hand to get the blood flowing, weights, then a more substantial cardio afterwards .

You should either do them on separate days or jog after. If you do alot of cardio beforehand, you will have less energy to lift weights therefore increasing risk of injury.
I would instead do maybe 10 or 15 minutes warmup exercises before weights and jog afterward or on a separate day. ... Copied to Clipboard!
