Go from a long-lived, ultra-pious ruler with 50-100 relation with all his court to a 16 year old mediocre martial that everybody hates.

Also England has consolidated itself and has an army like 3-4x the size of mine (I have Ireland and Wales). Dunno what do about that except build levy buildings that are really expensive.

or disinherit them if you're dynasty head

also use men at arms and build buildings that buff the ones you use

Make them a knight and send them into horribly mismatched battles
