Just because they always end their runs with a terrible reveal (Corrin, Incineroar) doesn't mean they have to do it again.

I find it unlikely because Master Chief and Halo have absolutely nothing to do with Nintendo.

Master Chief is honestly the only character left I really "want" in Smash.
