It would force the republicans to quickly come to an agreement on that case. Shutting down the government is a bad option, but an option as well. What biden and the DNC needs to be doing hard and i have no clue why they aren't already is. Is start running national ads on how republicans have held up a second stimulus for months that the democrat majority house has passed up to the senate several times. And emphasize how when it came to helping you, the GOP decided they needed a vacation. Had to protect their coprorate daddies by giving them liability protection from spreading covid. When it comes to helping themselves, they're right on it, skipping over your needs. You have to attack every GOP running for re-election and make the senators do a pro con of losing their seats and allowing a potential DNC super majority with a 6-3 majority vs keeping things closer and still having a 5-4 lead in the court.
