If you go 12 hours without eating your body enters ketosis and will start to use fat as a source of fuel since there are no carbs to use instead. So skip a meal once in a while and maybe you will lose some weight.

Semantically, you can't ever skip breakfast, since the first meal you eat after fasting for a period of time (e.g. overnight) will break your fast.
I know what you mean though, and in my case it's because I'm not that hungry until like 11am, and I like eating only two meals a day. And like a poster above said, going 12+ hours without food is good for fat loss. --- "I could care less" means you care right now. The proper phrase is "I couldn't care less." ... The human body doesn't need to take in 3 meals a day. We've been conditioned to believe that we need to be eating constantly. Periods of fasting are good, and I wish I realized that at an earlier age.

i've always woken up with an upset stomach, last thing i want in the morning is food. i dont get hungry until around noon, and often dont eat much of anything until around dinner time.
