So that'll be $1200 all inclusive plus I don't charge her extra for parking and I let her use my unlimited high speed Internet along with laundry . If I rent the main 3 bedroom floor of this house I can get like $1600 plus utilities. It's gonna be mortgage free in a few years so I'll probably only ask for $1300-1400 and split utilities 60/40 but get my current tenant to still pay the same when factoring in utilities. I got my house for that range it's doubled in value. Wasn't a fixer upper. I'm gonna get another bungalow with a full basement and separate entrance. Many people use real estate like this to get ahead then sell and buy hotels or businesses.
