Topic	My tenant said her bf next month may move in

So that'll be $1200 all inclusive plus I don't charge her extra for parking and I let her use my unlimited high speed Internet along with laundry . If I rent the main 3 bedroom floor of this house I can get like $1600 plus utilities. It's gonna be mortgage free in a few years so I'll probably only ask for $1300-1400 and split utilities 60/40 but get my current tenant to still pay the same when factoring in utilities.
