*I am fully aware that vitamins may not offer any real health benefits.

I started taking iron after becoming vegetarian and slowly have been adding more and more that I think I might be lacking. Now I'm taking like 12 different things lol.

Now I am deep in a hole reading up on herbal supplements like ginseng and ashwagandha and cosidering taking things like those too.
