I feel like the three options above "Other" are basically all the same.

I went with "say you'd rather she didn't but if she's going to, use protection" though. A sixteen year old might be making an impulsive decision that will ultimately be a mistake, but it's a good thing to let kids make mistakes. It was honestly not a great idea for me to have sex when I did for the first time, but it was something I learned from.

Did option 4 but I missed option 6 which is the Im you but stronger version of 4. Wouldve chosen that.

Basically tell her Its a bad idea and I wouldnt be angry. I would be disappointed.

I would also give her some condoms and tell her If you do ignore my advice at least make him use these to protect yourself from pregnancy and STDS. If he forces you to do anything contact the police and then me.

1. Stare in disbelief that I'd be asked in the first place, expecting I would only find out after the fact.
2. Demand the fellow be brought in for... ahem... "evaluation".
3. Subject the fellow the all manner of arbitrary tests to gauge character, physical/athletic ability (may include grappling & sparring, depending on how I'd gauge my own chances), intellectual skills, artistic ability, etc. to see if they are sufficient and satisfactory. Nothing demeaning or illegal, just grueling.
4. Deliberately drag out these tests, arbitrarily, to gauge the level of dedication (and my own amusement).
5. Intentionally set out a long-term and possibly unobtainable goal. Success is not necessarily required, but effort is.
6. After either attaining the difficult/impossible task or failing to do so, drag them in again to evaluate again. If successful, ask for why and how they did it. If unsuccessful, have them explain why they couldn't do it. How they answer is more important than how well they did.
7. If the fellow feels unsuitable, a straight-up no. If the fellow appears suitable, or at least able to become so, set an arbitrary waiting period before allowing them to carry on.
8. Provide the fellow with the most terrifying warning he'll ever get should he ever be found... "wanting".
9. State the importance of protection and stress that I don't want any "early surprises".
10. In full view of fellow, give the girl a whip and say "If he steps out of line, you know what to do."

... so for the most part, have fun with it.

If she said she wanted a child at that age then you stress that stuff but if she just wants some D then stress safe sex

As long as her boyfriend is her age and not some creepy 20 something trying to get with highschoolers, I'd just say something along the lines of "I'd rather you didn't, but you're at the age where you'd do it regardless of what I say so I'd rather you be safe." And get her on birth control or something.
