Pretty much the entire squad treats him and Hitchcock as disgusting slobs. Even when they actually do well Larry/Gary/Terry wasn't even much of a lovable oaf either. They have been talented workers and when they need to be, they can do what is asked of them. They are just pieces of shit who peaked early and never left the job. I think he's funny to laugh at. I don't go "Aww shucks poor guy" like ever. if anything I would give the "aww shucks poor guy/gal" to Jake, Holt, and Amy. Jake for his basically everything. Amy for her nerdiness.
