vSync may cap it at 30, turn off every mod, and run the game through steam.

i tried. Ran it through NVSE, the 4GB, and Steam. With and without mods.

I'm guessing its the game itself but im trying to see if theres some type of fix or a change i can make.

Imagine this level of denial.

The game can run on a potato at 60FPS. I have a backup old rig with an AMD Bulldozer, 4GB RAM and a GTX 760 on it and it can get 60+ fps on the game. It isn't hooked up anymore, but case in point there. Gamebyro is an ancient engine and your computer isn't good enough to run it above 18fps especially since you're piling on top with tons of mods that are probably eating your RAM alive.

What if you need to do a driver tweak? We can't help you there without knowing the GPU. What if your processor is too slow? We can't know. What if you don't have enough RAM? We can't help you if you don't post your damn computer lol what is hard to get here.

Yeah its not my setup. I know enough about my computer to know its not.

I have a 1080ti, an AMD Ryzen 7 2700x, 32 GB of ram. I just hopped off Destiny 2 and i was playing Divinity 2 earlier and hit about 100 fps on both.

There we go. Alright, do you have any OC's on your 2700x or Ti? Gamebyro really doesn't like them much and I tend to swap into stock clocks when I play it. If you have anything in the Nvidia control panel set up like DLSS or fancy new features it can also freak out. Do you use G-sync? That could be another cause for issue. There are also a few obvious ones like you want to turn AA off in the launcher, but use it in the control panel. The baked in AA is hilariously demanding. Lastly, don't recommend anything over 1080p or at most 1440p or else the engine shits the bed.

Last thing I'd recommend is a complete clean reinstall of the game. Get rid of all archived/cached mods too. Get rid of it all. If you can get the game on an SSD it will help substantially, but it isn't required.

This game has so many issues its downright pathetic that nobody can fix them. Not even on PC.

All of the smartest PC people on the internet, and you might as well have a couple of animals trying to fix the game because they can't figure out jack shit how to fix it even after all this time.

Well, i never even asked for help so why would i start with specs. I know the issue is the game and thats why i was stating in my post and i fucking quote
