The teams that were going to make the playoffs in a regular season are likely going to be the same teams that make the playoffs now. Especially with how important depth is going to be in a season where players are opting out or are sick. Of course there are no guarantees, but I think any bad luck will have more to do with the virus than the shortened schedule. I disagree with you for the most part anyway. I think this season is just as valid as any other, even if it's not being played under ideal circumstances. Don't watch if you're not interested, but most fans are, and they will enjoy having a baseball game to look forward to every night.
