She has a permit to carry that weapon which in Michigan requires a strong background check and minimum 8 hours of weapons safety. I can tell you shes for sure had weapons safety, she was traveling with the gun unloaded. In that moment, she felt threatened, she shouldve fled the scene and called the cops before pulling her gun no doubt. Shell get her gun back too. It has to go through a check in process that takes a few days but chances are the gun wasnt used in a crime in or around this video so shell get to pick it up early next week.
