I actually think very similar and I'm pass like 90% of it. Doesn't control me at all like it use to. Now I can self examine all day and have no emotion attached to it. It's more of a "Oh, I guess I do do that. That's Interesting" then I don't think about it for another year until it randomly comes up again. This is all just personal experience tho.
