I wish that he didnt resist arrest, ultimately forcing a trigger happy cop to gun him down. Everyone reacts differently under stress, this cops nano second reaction was to shoot. Hes probably not the best officer, but I can intelligently piece together what happened here. The officer may even be a good person, but couldnt keep it together under stress. Now we have a dead man all because he wanted to avoid a DUI... its not worth it, your life is more important than $10k for a DUI.
