I can tell you that right off the bat I don't believe you and when you add all this personal crap in there I don't believe you even more. The amount of people who abuse complaint systems for personal vendettas is staggering. I sift through all the BS and look only for actionable items. If you provide actual evidence and not anecdotal crap, like stuff you would be willing to testify to, then I can look more into it.
