I wonder why she had her boobs hanging out? Maybe to get more views? If people are going to purposely dress like that for that reason / attention, they can't really be shocked when people give them attention because of it can they?

In '95 I went through a phase where I dyed my hair blue (and later purple). I thought it was cool. I'd get on the bus or train or whatever and some people would stare at me, and for awhile I'd get mad about it. But then I thought well, shit, I'm trying to stand out a bit I can't really be surprised when people stare because this isn't the normal thing you see around here on the damn bus lol.
