Dailymail has leanred that Laura Smith is campaigning for the release and pardon of Middle School Teacher, 43 y/o James Fairbanks after he was arrested in Omaha, Nebraska on Tuesday for the murder of 64 y/o former nightclub bounceer, Mattieo Condoluci because he was a PEDOPHILE and was the man who was Laura's late son's abuser when he was 5!!

James is charged with first degree murder after he killed the pedophile because he saw a PLAYGROUND SET in his GARDEN!!

Laura lost her son to a drug overdose at 24 back in 2017 as her son was assaulted by Condoluci at 5 years old.

Now she's petitioning for a pardon and release of Fairbanks as it's reached over 13,000 signatures that reads "James Fairbanks freely admits to murdering a pedophile who was convicted of raping 2 children and known to have molested more. For his crimes the rapist spent 2 years in jail and went on to victimize mor children. We the peoplestand with James Fairbanks and find his conduct reasonable"

Officers got a call of a shooting at 11:15am and found Condoluci dead inside as the media were sent an email from an address called "Stop Predators, Mattieo Condoluci Homicide" and an anonymous author claimed to have shot him dead.

Kelly Tamayo, Fairbanks ex wife said he admitted to murdering him and turned himself into police and said they are all in shock and that Jim is a protector who worked with vulnerable kids his entire career and took it personally to protect his kid and others from sex offenders like Condoluci as they share a 12 and 17 y/o together

Laura says she changed her facebook name to Free James Fairbanks to raise awareness the tricks Condulci used to manipulate trusting single mothers to gain access to their kids. Back when she lived in Florida, she found her 5 y/o son in hysterics in a bathroom and as they were leaving, the son said "Mommy i have something to tell you" and that's when he told her what he did to him.

Conduluci only got 4 years probation and drug counselling and was placed as a sex offender. By 2007, he was convicted of rape of a 13 y/o girl and got 5 years in prison and was set free after 2 and a half on good behaviour

By June 2016, her son struggled with drug addiction to Fentanyl and died of an overdose a year after and blamed the abuse he suffered for his addiction

Condoluci was a street minister to homeless people who served meals for the Disciples for Christ Street Ministry where that page has now been deleted

In the anonymous letter written by Fairbanks, he said he found the pedophile's name on a sex offender register page while looking at housesin thea rea and claimed he watched Condoluci pretending to wash his car when he was really watching kids playing across the street and said he felt sick to his stomach as he just kept staring. He said "I've worked with kids for years who have been victimized and i couldn't in good conscious allow him to do it to anyone else while i had a means to stop him"

Laura says this is kind of like their frontline workers during the pandemic and considers james a frontline worker who killed him for the good of the community before it happened again

But Attorney Brenda Beadle took a different view and said James decision to take the law in his hands is "really dangerous" and does not advocate vigilante justice as the law says innocent until proven guilty and one cannot take vigilante justice without a trial.

Amanda Henry, Condoluci's DAUGHTER has voiced SUPPORT to free Fairbanks as she said it's a shame people are more worried about protecting molester then they are kids adding that Fairbanks should get a probation

As nasty and horrible as the guy he killed was vigilantism can't be condoned. Because it would let to anyone not liking a court case out come taking the law into their own hands and we can't have that.

So he was more than just a pedophile and was a repeat child molester that the law fucked up on. Although given this is duckbear Im not sure how completely reliable this is.
