52 y/o Baked Potato, Nancy Arechiga from San Leandro, California was arrested after the fossil hag left racist letters ordering minority residents, mainly ASIAN residents to VACATE their homes IMMEDIATELY so that a "white person can move in"!!

She left several notes in 5 different homes in Heron Bay near the Oakland suburb on friday as the letter drew significant social media attention when Trinny Wynn posted the horrifying letter.

The letter was written for the minority residents of the neighborhood that barks the constitution of the united states and demanded all non-white residents to leave their area with the ending of the letter stating "If you are a woman who was born in other Country takes your children with you, under 21 years old, consider a bless of God" and tells them to leave so a white person can move in and said "One American, white, brace, that serves the Nation of USA is going to live here"

Door cam footage was caught of the heifer leaving the notes

The area is a diverse suburb with large clusters of latinos, asians and african americans as Police caught her while she was wearing a backpack that contained the letters

They also found a note in the backpack that said "No Asians allowed, leave immediately"

Lt. Isaac Benabou said San Leandro is a community of beautifully diverse people who share a common desire to live in harmony and welcome people of all backgorunds

Although she was arrested and booked and due to the covid19 pandemic, she was cited and released

California set bail at #0 for low level crimes and misdemeanors to keep people out

Wynn wrote on FB "This happened today, a white woman wearing a USA beanie targeted peope of colour homes with this letter at their front doors. My family's house was targeted and we were able to capture this allon caemra. If you recognize this woman, please report it to police"

Mayor Pauline Cutter releaesd a statement on the flyers targeting anti-asian messages at residences and public places becaues of the pandemic and said there is no hate in their community and commended the police for taking action

Wynn says she doesn't feel safe anymore with the anti-asian sentiment from residents because of the pandemic and says they are being targeted daily from people that think they are "threats" or are responsible for starting the pandemic

It's stupid and racist, but can't really say it's a crime when it was just some mentally unhinged rant with bad grammar. At best, I'd say the people may have a case for a restraining order.

If it was just the first letter, I'd say no actual crime was committed, just a bunch of racist nonsense, but I feel like the second letter conveys a threat because of the "if you don't leave by this date and time...."

Nothing was explicitly stated, but the implication is clear

I can't really see one singular instance of a note being left on a door as harassment. If the note made any reference to violence or repercussions for failure to follow, yes, but I assume it was purposely worded as such to avoid that. It's absolutely racist, but there has to be a crime for it to be a hate crime. Though if local laws deem that as a crime, then good for them I guess.

Can you explain how leaving a hate filled note to multiple people based on their ethnicity is not a crime. Would you consider the KKK leaving a burning cross on a black person's lawn to be a crime?

Because leaving a note is not a crime and being a racist is not a crime. You have to stretch things very far to turn anything in the note into an overt threat. If there was any implication in the note like "do this or else XYX will happen," then it could be considered an overt threat. I'm not of the opinion that the definition of hate crimes should be extended to non-threatening words, no matter how heinous. You could possibly twist it into some form of harassment, but we'd have to take a look at the wording of local laws.

I in no way defend or condone the woman or her actions, but we need to look at things from a realistic perspective and not an overly reactionary one simply based on how fucking stupid she is.

I think the second letter having a "you have until X day and time to leave the country" part is threatening enough to take it beyond just leaving a rant.
