They're like heaters. I mean, they're hot yeah. But also they generate warmth. So no, they don't cool you at all. That said, getting a nice bit of fresh air on them like that classic anime shirt open and fan thing? Feels like a little bit of heaven.

Yep. Another huge tiddie friend of mine said low cuts are necessary for me to survive the coming weather. And I believe her, at her largest she was a 36O cup and I've visually confirmed. :)

I had a gf with 38GG measurement. She had to deal with the police a lot. She got a lot done, called her boobs 'lucky charms' in terms of dealing with the cops.

Her male colleagues didn't do quite so well.

Obviously boobs themselves wouldn't cool you. But I don't think anybody calls just the boobs themselves "cleavage", cleavage generally refers to the exposed gap.

Yes people said it cools you down to have that area exposed.
Some people said "no" assuming I was suggesting having bigger boobs cooled you, from which I inferred that they thought I meant cleavage = big boobs themselves.
