So many implications here.

So only far right people are red blooded americans?

So it's wrong to tackle said red blooded americans but it's fine to tackle the black dude, who apparently you don't consider an american or red blooded?

My head just hurts from trying to understand your thought process.

like i said. it's a completely different scenario.
in new york, you have someone walking up to an officer showing an assaultive profiled behavior: closed fists and a flared up chest stepping up to an officer where in michigan it's protesters, yes they are armed, but they're not pointing their weapons at the officers.

there's different variables in play. law enforcement use force in a situational basis. the police officer gave tactical communication to instruct the guy to leave the area by warning him numerous times. he disregarded the officer's direction and showed an assaultive profiled behavior so the officer reacted. pretty cut and dry. that officer's use of force report will support that.

Cop was placed on modified duty which means the department sees he did nothing wrong but just did that to shut the public up so protests and riots dont start, the cop will just be watching netflix for two weeks then he will be back on the street. The guy will most likely sue the cop and the nypd and theyll give him $10,000 and be done with it. The situation started because the first guy in the video getting arrested was drinking.
its so bizarre how some people think its okay to threaten a cop then when the cop deals with it people cry about it.

Yes it's a far worse scenario, the supposedly very good people had guns, lots of guns and were screaming at police officers, and they were inside a public building with the governor inside. It's a much worse case.

Yikes, the reply someone gives when they are stunned by the logic in someone elses explanation and have no way to counter it, but are hesitant to admit to a loss.

Good for him. The guy who got arrested wont be getting $10k lol. The city will tell him get fucked and he still needs to pay his court fees.

Absolutely wild how people dont understand that many people would hit you if you approached them with clenched fists and an aggressive attitude. Funny how some people who dont put up with that bullshit, arent shy of physical confrontation and would hit you back, sometimes pick law enforcement as a career.

didnt watch with sound on, couldnt see the guy the cop was pointing the taser at, but first impression it was already a heated incident, cop shouldnt have pointed the taser at him (often easier to work with the public while you arent threatening them...) but guy deserved getting his ass beat. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

It's strange how I look at cops on videos and how it relates so much to the animal kingdom. It looks like a pack of predators taking down a zebra. I know it's a dangerous job but coming into contact with them is dangerous.

ok, @darkprince45 thank you for answering bitcoin's question.

A question for you, actually, several questions:

Q1 - How do you feel about the protestors that went to Michigan with long guns and confederate/MAGA/nazi flags (the 3 flags are not the same, I clarify. But the 3 of them were on display the protest)

Q2 - How do you feel about the fact that said protestors brought long weapons to a state capitol with the governor inside?

Q3 - How do you feel about the ideology of these protestors? Not the protest, the ideology of the protestors.

Q4- Why is a guy selling cigarettes in the corner of a street killed, or a guy approaching with closed fists beaten up and arrested, but a bunch of people screaming obscenities and hostilities towards a governor while brandishing long fire weapons are allowed to scream at the police's faces, despite COVID?

Nbc just ran the story, they conveniently didnt show the footage of what happened right before the cop took the guy down. Of course the mayor and many people are bashing the cops.

Damn. I know NYC cops tend to be over the top, but considering the situation in this instance it isn't completely unjustified.

they showed the footage right after he went up to the cop with his fists clenched so it looks like the cop beat down an innocent bystander, thats what the news does, they dont show the whole story many times.
