He is being worked over my the normal Shinra police. So Cloud and Tifa do away with that bad guys to save this Jimmy character. So anywho Tifa says something like. We have to leave before they wake up. Is the team not killing the people they fight ? Because I used fire on a dude and I know he looked to be roasted. Was that just a one time thing, or does the game suggest the team aren't mass murderers . --- Bender: Well, everybody, I just saved a turtle.
