Right now, the US death toll is at 80. That's honestly a very low number. We're containing it. It sucks that sporting events are canceled and theme parks are closed, but it's being contained.
Yet people still act as if it's just a matter of time before the virus smashes through efforts to contain it and wipes out a third of the US population. What can I say to that? Tests will show a lot more people infected, but that doesn't mean deaths are suddenly going to skyrocket. I mean it's not like there are hundreds of untested people out there dropping dead in the US.
