I got an idea for people with extra games that they don't want. People should post their extra games, and what games they want. Hopefully this will get big enough that it can match people and everyone will end up with games they want!

So just post the codes or gift games you have on Steam or w/e, and we can start trading. If you don't trust the person you're trading with, maybe we can have a trustful person like @DeltaBladeX or something be an intermediary trader.

I used to trade on SteamTrades myself, you might be able to try your luck there. Not sure if they have sign up requirements like SteamGifts, but probably not.

I suppose if people want to trade stuff away, I might take offers, but unlikely for most people to have keys I might want. I suppose people can go over my wishlist. It isn't all games that were bundled, but I have missed some over the years.

Most of us just have spare keys left from bundles when we already owned the games. I got the recent bundle for the Australian fire from humble, but had all the titles listed above, so they just sit in an Excel file.
