The one meal I eat is like 600-800 calories and I need 2400 calories a day usually but I'm still working out and everything.
The hunger tho hits hard like damn ;_;
no junk food or sweets either. I dream of pizza and hamburgers with a nice soda.

I was thinking of doing this for at least a few months but its really tough this 1st week. maybe I can do 1-2 weeks more but my stomach is like legit flat now and I have like 0 flab love handles so its crazy how fast that just goes.

As soon as you go back to eating normally, you'll put all the weight back on.

Stick to it, but increase the calories. That's too much of a shortage.

Once you do it for awhile, your stomach will get used to it and your cravings won't be as bad.

this is not a healthy or sustainable way to permanently lose weight

It already worked. I'm already healthy and pretty thin before starting just needed to quick lose a couple pounds to be back to normal which is where I am now.

Eat oatmeal instead. No cravings, low calories but you have to eat oatmeal

Ive been doing this for years now. I'll usually skip breakfast in favor of a light snack for lunch, then like, a good calorie heavy dinner

I don't count calories, and my metabolism plays a huge role here, but I'm not kidding when I say my omad was like....2-3 lbs of food. Lots of protein and carbs

Yeah that's super low dude. Like even if you were a 110lb woman i would still say you'd want at least 1000 calories on a cut.

As previously mentioned, you'll put it all back on when you start eating normally again.

Short-term dieting is a statistical and scientific dead end.

There is something to be said for doing a heavy cut diet to correct excessive weight. It can be very demotivating to not fast track things to begin with.

That said OP, if you "go back to normal" after this you will just put it all back on again, faster than before. After doing a diet like this you need to take a look at your long term habits and make permanent lifestyle changes.

The other thing to keep in mind is that over a time period of just a week, most of what you're losing will be water weight. Expect things to slow down more dramatically over the next month or two.
