That's how fur things are made. You kill animals and you skin them. They're often skinned alive and left to die.

If you think what this guy did was sick then strongly consider not using fur or leather (leather clothing and accessories are not a byproduct of the meat industry)

@Doctor_Foxx
I think you missed a few points.
>He skinned some of them live
>He stole them from his neighbors
>bragged to his neighbor while covered in blood like some sort of psycho

Edit:
Saw you mentioned skinning live but that is never done in the fur industry for five good reasons:
-It would be completely inhumane
-It would be dangerous for the operator
-It would take longer and be less efficient
-It would spoil the fur
-Its illegal

Yeah uh

The fur industry is cruel, animals are routinely skinned alive (no one enforces these laws and they do not exist everywhere fur is stolen), and there's a lot of cheap fur sold as rabbit that's actually cat

Do you believe that meat and dairy industries don't leave animals to bleed out to death or start butchering parts from them while alive? It happens every damn day in every damn processing facility. By processing facility I mean slaughter house. People hide what the reality of these things are

https://www.theguardian.com/business/2016/jul/31/dog-cat-leather-china-us-congress-trade-peta

You might be buying dog or cat fur without knowing it.

Okay I believe this.
Though it is less efficient to skin an animal live and its easy to see how it would ruin the coat if you are trying to remove it from a living animal whom is moving

I'd like to point out that those five talking points come verbatim from a website that is operated by fur industry money (it's a huge business). There's dozens of sites saying the same things all citing big fur. They've made it illegal to investigate things like animal cruelty on fur and other farms

Live animals produce better pelts than dead ones. The skin is the largest organ on the body. When skin has not been getting blood flow you're going to get shittier hides. There's incentives to skinning alive. Doesn't mean the animals are fully awake and active. They're stunned then skinned alive.

Mink, a commonly farmed fur animal, are rectally electrocuted before being skinned. That's for animals that are not gassed, beaten, or stomped to submission Many remain alive after that treatment and with their skin cut off. That's not close to humane

Fur farming had been banned in my many countries for good reason. Suffering for fashion

Animals were put on Earth by God to be used by humans as they see fit. His stealing of the presumably valued property of his neighbors is wrong, but otherwise dogs or cats shouldn't be held in any sort of special regard. Also the way some people anthropomorphize animals and talk about them like they can suffer to the same extent as human beings is just silly.
