Framerate, IMO. 60+ frames per second, please. It is acceptable to sacrifice ANYTHING else to achieve this, for me.

depends on the genre, but generally I would choose textures, or cohesive artsyle more broadly.

Eh, too low of a draw distance makes things hard to play and really low framerates cause significant issues also.
