Not sure if it's the hardest, but the most stressful one had to be the guy decoding a several-hundred digit-long locker code, while naked and covered in petroleum jelly, and his only source of light is a candle, and the floor is covered in broken glass.

Hardest would be probably the pound of flesh challenge. removing an entire arm or leg would be brutal. Or the see what i see trap in saw 4 where he had to lose both eyes or die.

Idk I think the easiest was the antidote in the glass box. Chick literally just had to put one hand in box and then she could open up the blades with her other hand to remove it. Instead she puts both hands in like a dumb bitch

this was the 2nd one I think?

There was literally a key for that box on top of the box. Didn't even have to stick your hand in like that.

I just think removing an eyeball and then finding a key in there requires some precision which sounds impossible if youre being asked to remove your eyeball lol

someone else mentioned the one where the guy has to lose both his eyes or die in Saw 4. At least with that one all he had to do was push 2 buttons. He could do it immediately as the game started, if he had the will to do so.

think it was because jigsaw already removed his eye to put the key in so all he really had to do was re do what jigsaw did.

the guy in saw 4 IIRC was a huge pedo and was probably so perverted he couldnt give up his eyesight even if it meant losing all his limbs and dying.

I don't remember which one it was but there was a guy who apparently had to cut off his own leg to get his phone/key. He could have used the saw the reach the phone.

What's interesting is I just finished a Switch video game called AI: The Somnium Files where a key plot point is the characters removing an eyeball (but it's still attached) in order to use a machine, and then popping their eye back in lol it's so gross

The easiest was probably the one where the key was in a jar of acid.
The eyeball has to be the hardest, but I think I could do that under stress faster than I could stab myself in the throat to breath while my heads in a box full of water. That one made me very uneasy

I've always thought the hardest trap was Michael's from the first film. Dude wakes up, naked, in darkness, and told by some dude on a tv/recorder that he has one hour to find the combination to the safe in the middle of the room that holds the antidote to the poison inside him. Then he's told to find said combination on the walls, which are absolutely covered in numbers. Numbers every fucking where. His only light source is a candle, but he's also told he he's smothered from head to toe in a flammable jelly. This is further compounded when he discovers there's broken glass all over the floor, so he's also bleeding all over the place as he lacerates himself on the shards as he tries to find the number. All of this, with only an hour to spare. Jesus Christ.

Easiest? Probably Amanda's. She didn't have to do any direct physical or emotional harm to herself in order to find the key. She just had to kill some dude.

The easiest one is the very first one. Cut your foot off, shoot the other person, you're done. Easy puzzle, easy solution. Might be painful but it's supposed to be impossible to escape those traps unscathed in some way. They're designed to make you do horrible things to yourself / other people.

Yeah the eyeball thing would be pretty fucking hard.

The petroleum candle thing is probably doable without hurting yourself but you'd have to have a grip of steel that doesn't flinch if hot wax falls on it.

The spike trap?

In one of the later ones there's an aborted trap where the ceiling is going to crush you and you can only escape by getting inside a box full of broken glass. Just lightly lower yourself into the box

The covered in flammable liquid/candle one is fucking bullshit. That's pretty much impossible.
The "push your way through the obstacle course" one is fucked too - where his stomach bile was on the floor cause he cut himself so deep.
Cut out your own eye? I honestly don't think I could, even with death being the other option.

The push 2 buttons to go blind one is "easy", but you'd have to hype yourself up for it.
Killing the dude for the key in his intestines is "easy" but would also require you to hype yourself, especially if you knew the person.
