Societal thing. When I was a kid, if a toy was pink, it was meant for a girl. If clothes were pink, they were meant for a girl.

There was a weird period of time in the early 2000s where pink was in for guys. I had this hot pink shirt that I wore all the time because light pink washes me out.

I wear pink semi-regularly.

I look pretty good in the color tbh, and have been told so by multiple people. Pink and blue is an underrated combo. I usually rock a pink shirt with white accents, brown belt, blue tapered pants, brown shoes that match the belt.

Other men and some women view it as a "girl color" so if you wear it you must be gay or a p****. In grade school you were most definitely getting called a f***** for wearing pink if you were a boy in my school...

I feel like there is a term for this phenomenon but I just can't quite put my finger on it....some sort of toxic behavior that reinforces negative gender stereotypes....it's on the tip of my tongue.

Hell I have a white suit and a electric blue shirt.

I have a yellow shirt on right now and Im probably changing it before the concert lol. It does compliment my skin tho. Im a light skinned Hispanic, so anything that makes my skin look a lil darker works in my benefit.

I work with a guy who is like this and is very homophobic, and things like pink, flowers and cute animals.

Been pissed the last few weeks because his wife had put a red ball and deer antlers on his big ass RAM truck.

But he'll sure as hell stand by his shitty Bud Lite though.

I mean I don't hate the guy and he's pretty cool at times.

Also me and the other guys like to fuck with him sometimes and talk about what jeans make our asses look good.
