The most craziest power we see is the Emperor's lighting and Luke using the force to assist them in jumps/falling. It's like how in Lord of The Rings how the wizards there weren't shooting fireballs and doing God like stuff with their powers. It's subdued. Of course if they did a sequel Gandalf would come back and smash castles with his mind and shit. On another note, it is funny how certain fans go "You're just mad at TLJ/ROS because they didn't follow the EU and Luke wasn't force Goku!" then go "Lol it's in the EU.
