Skeleton crew at the office today so it's just me, the local farmer Steve and Greg, who spent 30 years prior to here working as a bus driver.

There's nothing wrong with any of this but I tell you fucking what, there's only so much chat about the cost of train tickets I can endure and this has gone on for 33 minutes

Funny you mention that, Greg is absolutely obsessed with star wars. He's the guy with star wars t shirts and a star wars mug that he uses in circulation with his "I'm not grumpy, I'm just old" mug.

Was just a joke about how one guy had an intelligence of of a factor of ten compared to the other guy, who had an intelligence of a factor of 10 compared to the third guy. One of them was Feyerabend but I dont remember the 3rd

My stepdad and uncle had a few too many beers one night, and then proceeded to talk for two straight hours about chainsaws. Was mind numbing, and since they were drunk they just got louder and louder.

Aye in small doses it's good craic. For example, farmer jerry likes to tell me to "get a fucking haircut you muppet" just about every day. It's just the mundane prattle for literally hours I can't abide
