Its okay. I dont think I liked it as much as the majority of people. The school segments just drug the whole experience down for me.

I loved it. After awhile the academy parts can drag but overall it was a great experience.

Solid.

Not exceptional and some of the characters have 2d personalities, and no matter which house you choose first you'll be left scratching your head on "but what about _____?"

I really enjoyed it. The characters start out a bit flat, but the majority of them gain a good amount of depth as the game progresses. And the way each route unveils new details about the overall story of the world, I think that's really cool; they still feel whole on their own. But you've gotta have a lot of time on your hands to explore multiple playthroughs.

One thing I'd say is don't play on normal difficulty unless you're fine just breezing through things. Hard still leaves you room to experiment with classes and training your students, but it offers a much nicer challenge.
