2, a lot of people are just plain sick of faffing around and want Brexit over with. Lib Dems, SNP wanted another referendum and Labour were faffing around. The UK is pretty divided about everything right now. There isn't anything a "Large Majority" wants. I feel like people don't really get Brexit or the UK's reaction to it. A bad takeaway from the election, but one people will continue to push.
All this shows is people are fed up of Brexit going nowhere, as that is pretty much all that has dominated the election cycle with even the NHS taking a sideline. So they are voting for the man who continues to lie about getting it done because just because he's lied every other time his mouth opened, means he really means it this time! --- ... Leaving the EU is healthy for Britain. However having so many strings attached like Brexit is going to really hurt the UK and shows furthur decline despite the reamerging independence.
