Honestly, the game is a bit hard if you don't grind enough. It's similar to DQ where it won't get a bit easier until you get a full party and also heal-all ability.

goden is one of only a handful of bosses you can use the kustera party to fight
and i think the only major boss they can fight the rest are just small fries from early in the game like the mustache dragon.

next time i play ill have the kustera battle him

Hoshi wo Miru Hito is so shitty that it loops around to amazing and then loops back into shitty and finally ends at really shitty.

well im not really seriously playing it i just got curious how many boss fights the kustera can fight and how strong every character is at level 99
looks like i can fight BADBAD with david

im also using a cheat code to stop all random battles which i turn off when i get a new character so i can get them to level 99

it was a mistake to get to level 99
now i have to lose to the giant but he only does 1 hp damage to me and ray has like 600 HP
i cant run and i cant win so i just have to wait till he does 1 damage like 1000 times to kill ray and tina so i can move forward in the story

yeah but you have to fight and lose to him first so you can go to decatas to find the scientist who makes you a shrink ray
the plot doesnt move forward until you lose to the giant once

its been a long time since i played but i remember having to lose to him once before you can get the digger guy to help you sneak into the city

ray is down to 215 health and tina is down to 314

for the first time ever i decided to bribe the guards at decatas to leave the gate so i can walk in and out
normally i dont bother cause i have a good hole to crawl through so its not worth it
but this time i did it and somehow triggered the kustera money glitch which i forgot existed

i dont know what i did to trigger it but now i have max money with the kustera party

ok so far the bosses the kustera can fight are cat boo, badbad, mustache dragon, pirate ghost

also thanks to cheating to put everyone at level 99 ive learned magic damage doesnt change its set. so tina the mage type character can deal 300 damage with her physical attack but her strongest spell will only deal 80

if you turn all encounters off and make sure every character is level 99 then this game is really short
im almost at the end of it and i only played it for like 7 hours when normally i finish it around 30

magic does a set amount of damage and it never really changes

so you will do the same amount of damage with a spell at level 4 that you would if you were level 99

so by end game magic couldnt do as much damage as physical attacks

this time i went through the game to see which bosses they could fight

cat boo
mustache dragon whose name i forget
badbad
clarken
undead pirate
booth
goden
bio booth
bio goden

so out of 27 bosses in the game they can fight 9 of them which is pretty good since when i was a kid i didnt realize they could fight any of them
