vigorm0rtis 12/10/19 7:50:15 AM #4:	Granted, I didn't get too far into DS before I started getting hammered with the pre-holiday work crunch, so I don't have a fully formed opinion, but I don't think it's entirely incorrect that DS is getting free mileage out of Kojima's name. That said, who cares? At a lot of outlets reviews are handed out on a first-come-first-serve basis, with bigger games being reserved for senior or editorial staff. The usual result is the biggest fanboy on staff ends up reviewing the game (see: why CoD gets great scores every year).
