Kanye West says he believes that strip clubs are equivalent to sex trafficking. They got posters advertising sex trafficking because, if theres an advertisement for a strip club, that is advertising sex trafficking, West told the audience. At the end of the night, when they close up, the manager says, How much traffic do we have? West continued, So if its a man thats going through things with his family or going through things at work, and he feels he has to go there, we all end up participating or whether its the spirits that get advertised to us all the time. Alcohol, they call it a spirit.

He added that strip clubs are given more promotion than religion. So we get constant advertisement for spirits, we get constant advertisement for strip clubs and other things like that, but then we bring up the name of Jesus, were told to be quiet, he said, referencing his recent transition to gospel music. So even for someone whos professing Godthe devil is going to come and do everything he can to distract people from knowing how to fully be in service to the Lord.

I agree to an extent since "you're such a fuckin ho, I love it" was not that long ago. But I fuckin hate the idea that someone is stuck to their past and should always be. Like people don't grow and evolve as they age and experience new stuff. The worst is when family members to it to each other.

I agree Ye's approach feels disingenuous and show horned tho.

I've just seen people be miserable because people around them just want to pinpoint their worst moments and make it out to be like it's all they are. Kanye is the gift that keeps on giving. Someone needs to ask him about everything in existence and get a funny quote on it. So far we have Hurricane Katrina, Taylor Swift, 13th Amendment, Donald Trump, Strip Clubs...

A bit of a stretch. This might be the case in a few rare instances but most strippers I know are free to leave whenever they want. Maybe in other countries this might be more accurate.

But that verse is usually taken waaay out of context

It doesnt mean that Rich people need to give up their riches. It means that rich people often believe that they dont need God due to being so rich, and thus it is hard for them to surrender to God's will.
