My co-worker has a fish tank and her Mollie recently gave birth (in fact it had like 10 babies today). I then witnessed the mother nip at one of its new babies to stun it, then swallow it whole D:

Well that fish is a jerk. Shes constantly chasing the other fish and I strongly suspect that shes the one who made one of the guppys tail torn and ratty :<
