I dont know if they are aliens but in one of the ancient Hindu texts, it talks about wars where flying machines are used and things that sound like nukes killing people

Mormons believe there are other planets with life in the universe and when a good Mormon dies their afterlife is they become a god of one of those planets

I mean, if God created the Earth, then he existed before the Earth did, and thus comes from somewhere that isn't the Earth. That makes Him a kind of alien. This isn't really the kind of thing most people think of when they talk about "aliens", though.
