parabola_master 11/30/19 7:06:29 AM #1:	Like "I can't believe the game developers actually inserted this plot twist" Using visual novels is technically cheating but like: Zero Escape: Zero Time Dilemma - ~~There was a 10th guy with you all along, and he is the true mastermind, and he was simply hidden from view by all of the game's camera angles lol~~ or Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony - ~~the protagonist of the game, and the character most prominent in all of the game's advertising, is actually the first killer and she dies in the first case~~ I think Phoenix Wright: Spirit of Justice also had a good one too, now that I think about - I haven't played it in a long time but if I remember correctly Apollo's foster father is actually dead and the person he was talking to was his Maya channeling Apollo's dead foster father. And being enjoyable on its own? Because everything being a video game meant everything that happened in the other games didnt matter it was all scripted. The characters I liked werent real in anyway. I mean yes it is a video game, but it is like reading a book and near the end it tells you hey everything you just read is fake these characters dont even matter in their own reality.
