My parents did take me to see RotJ in theaters, but I remember the toys I had more than the movie.

I don't remember, but I saw episode 3 commercials and wondered what Star Wars was, so I went to see it with my brother and sister.

Then afterwards my sister got episodes 4-6 so I got to see those too.

Voted 4-7.

I don't remember the very first time I saw it though to be honest. I might have even played with some toys before I ever saw the movies, but I have a very fond memory of when my mom, my brother and I stayed at a log cabin and put on Episode 4 on VHS and watched it. That was a cool evening, just because of the atmosphere.

I had caught the original trilogy on TV a few times as a kid. Earliest memory is the end of the Cloud City duel. The hand removal and reveal really stuck with me. I think I saw the special edition, or at least the first, in theaters.

From then on, I was hooked.

Even watched Thumb Wars on TV the night before Phantom Menace premiered.

I didn't understand the obsessions with hand chops until the audience loudly gasped when Anakin lost his against Dooku.

Clones and Sith still suck.

Must have been about 20. Watched it on TV to see what all the fuss was about. Didn't see what all the fuss was about. Still don't see it.

I was like 10 when Episode 1 came out and my dad took me to see it. I dont remember asking to be taken to it or being aware that it existed, but I probably did.

Between 4-7. I remember playing as the characters with my friends, but I didn't actually pay attention to the movies until the special edition releases in the 90's. That shit blew me away.

Clones and Sith still rock.

I was 10 or 11 when they rereleased the OT in theaters with the added footage. I started collecting the figures and reading the books, and was obsessed with Star Wars for several years afterwards.

I remember it being on TV a lot before then, but never paid it much notice.

My parents taped the OT off broadcast TV with their new-fangled VCR. Do not remember when I first watched, but I'd say no later than 1985.
