The Baker City woman accused of trying to hire someone to kill her ex-boyfriend has been arraigned after a Baker County grand jury handed down an indictment on two counts of solicitation to commit murder and one count of attempted aggravated murder. 24-year-old Emily Munsell is accused of asking an undercover police officer to kill her ex-boyfriend. Munsell appeared before Judge Greg Baxter who set bail at $50,000. She will be back in court January 22nd for pre-trial hearings.

BAKER CITY, Ore. (AP) - A Baker City woman who tried to hire someone to kill her ex-boyfriend has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
The Baker City Herald reports that 24-year-old Emily Munsell pleaded guilty last week to criminal conspiracy and solicitation to commit murder.
Munsell was arrested in December after a police detective pretended to be a hit man. Police said Munsell offered to pay the detective to kill her ex-boyfriend, against whom Munsell had a restraining order.
A report from the detective says Munsell offered $80 as a down payment, and $1,000 after she got her income tax refund.
Police became involved after Munsells cousin reported that Munsell had approached him about making her ex-boyfriend disappear.

Went to high school with a girl who started doing crystal meth when she was 13. She was 16-17 when I met her, but her face had just seemingly lost collagen. She facial sag of a woman in her 40s.
