How will a time machine help? If you go back you are still old. You need to will the idea or even your mind back to itself at an earlier point in space and time.

Think about what age you what to be and remember exactly where you were at that age at some point. Now find if the earth will pass the same point in the same position as space and time are relative. Once you find this window do exactly what you were doing at that earlier time body position and everything except think Marry Velma as hard as you can. Or try to will your conscience back into your past self maybe by hypnosis at that point someone telling you to travel back to your younger self at this location years ago.

If that doesnt work you can try the somewhere in time method or possibly with enough burritos and a special space suit the super man method.
