You're on CE, you ain't doing things right if you don't get warned a couple times. I know I have been warned multiple times here because if you go against the grain you will get punished for it. This board has all my moderations in it, it's like the Twitter section of the site.

The gamefaqs TOU is pretty accurate though. Following it will prevent 90% of your moderations. There are a few corner cases, but I doubt you are running into any of them.

Can agree with that. For my situation, I think the moderator expected me to know who the user was which isn't fair. The topic creator didn't explain the situation. Just stated that someone has died. I feel what I said was a natural reaction
