My riding has a 99% chance of going conservative, which is why I voted Green. We vote for a Representative (like a congressperson) and not the party leader However most votes in the HoC (our version of congress) are whipped so most people just vote based on the leader --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console.
