Texas Ranger Investigator, David Armstrong who's leading the investigation on the murder of Botham Jean because of blond cop and tramp, Amber Guyger says that the shooting was NOT A CRIME because of a structural FLAW in his door that didn't close properly which made her to believe it was HER house being ransacked when in fact it was NOT her house!!

The Fired Dallas Hoe is on trial for fatally shooting her 26 y/o neighbor last year after mistaking his apartment for her own

Defense attorneys questioned the ranger where he doesn't believe she committed a crime and said "I don't believe the shooting was reckless or criminally negligent based on the totality of the investigation and the circumstances and facts"

Guyger said she found the door of the apartment was hers and "slightly ajar" nd that the door was opened when she used her electronic key to enter the apartment believing she was being robbed by Jean

Armstrong said the screws in the strike plate of Jeans'door had been screwed in too far which caused it to "bow out" and prevented it from closing properly

Defense said Jean's door was open the day she entered and shot him dead

Texas Rangers whom Armstrong works for initially only charged her with manslaughter by a grand jury chose to indict her on a more serious charge

Armstrong testified that the layout of their apartments were similar as their couch and TV were in a similar position. He said he interviewed 297 of the 349 residents living there and said 46 mistakenly gone in the wrong floor and put their key in the door and the percentage was higher on the 3rd and 4th floors where Guyger and Jean lived

Her attorney said because of the similarities of the door, it was UNDERSTANDABLE from a long shift that she pushed the door thinking there was an intruder inside

But DA, Jason Hermus said she didn't notice the red semi-circle welcome mat in front of his apartment nor the smell of marijuana which are 3 signs she should know it wasn't hers and despite the clues, she burst through and opened fire as he watched television and ate a bowl of ice cream

The case has attracted intense scrutiny of shootings of black men by white officers

After the shooting Guyger was seen panicking uncontrollably and telling dispatch "omg, i'm gonna lose my job. i am going to need a supervisor. I'm f*****.Oh my god.i'm sorry"

She was on the phone with her police partner, Martin Rivera who she's having a SEXUAL RELATION with and had plans to meet up with that night but he had DENIED he had any plans with her. They also exchanged sexually explicit pics and images earlier in the day

She sent a picture of herself to Rivera that said "Wanna Touch" with herself in her PANTIES. She deleted all those texts as she watched Jean bleeding to death on the floor

The jury will now have to decide if Guyger committed murder or a lesser offense such as manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide or NO CRIME AT ALL!!
